About KPI Group
We are a marketing company offering opportunities across San Fernando, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Los Angeles, Torrance, Long Beach, Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Anaheim, Ontario, and Riverside, California. We currently have twenty-two employees and are looking to grow our workforce even further to meet the scope of our clients’ demands.
In the sales and marketing industry, we specialize in direct marketing and leadership development. We teach our new associates all about these areas of marketing from the elementary level. That way, our employees have a strong foundation and can learn with ease as they progress to new levels.
We launched KPI Group in July 2017 in Los Angeles County. Since then, we’ve catered to a wide variety of clients, offering our team varying levels of marketing exposure. Despite this, we still believe our business is in a state of growth, as the marketing industry is versatile, and there is always room to learn and grow.

Our employees also receive the opportunity to be a part of a cohesive team, which pushes them to put in their best efforts.
One of our biggest achievements was promoting a manager into their own territory. While it is our mission to serve our clients, we also aim to help our employees achieve success.
We have won awards in our industry for leadership and being in the President’s Club, and we share this success with our team.
In the next three years, we hope to open up fifteen more offices to increase the scope of our services. We are currently looking for driven marketers with a student mentality, great attitude, solid work ethic, and empathy. They must also possess good communication skills, positive attitudes, and willingness to teach others.
Once a part of the team, our employees are offered adequate training and support to advance their careers. When they are promoted, we celebrate as an office and give them a small gift as a token of appreciation. We also have random raffle giveaways for the best performing team, including TV giveaways, tickets to events and theme parks, and sometimes even cash prizes. We do this to motivate, and our staff really appreciates it. We also do team nights every Thursday and office BBQs to boost morale and team spirit.
Besides boosting our business, we like to contribute to the growth and development of our community as well. For this, we donate our time to the Carnival of Love in Skid Row every year and help out with the homeless community.
