I’m Albert Sandoval, the proud owner of KPI Group.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I started this business of marketing and sales in April 2017 by applying online to what I thought was just a job. However, it turned out to be a great career path as I’ve been in business for three years, and have been a part of the marketing and sales business for five years.

Since I started working in this industry, it requires individuals to perform at a consistent and above-average standard. The people who come in with an appetite to thrive are rigorously tested through time based on their showmanship and leadership skills. A career in this line challenges people to be on top of their game everyday. So, the standard remains the same as when I first started, above average. The only change is that we now have more clients than when I started, and that’s exciting.

But, the best part about my job is my team! I get to work with people who are driven, excited, and goal-oriented. With their continuous efforts and commitment to the job, I’ve been more available to my family, and that’s a great reward already. I love my professional freedom as I get to schedule my work around my life and not the other way around.

Besides my work freedom, the team also contributes to our combined success and growth. Similarly, our culture and willingness to do what others don’t, put us in a league of our own.

When running the business, I follow a great philosophy by SunTzu - “Opportunities multiply as they are seized.” Every time an opportunity comes our way, we do the best to seize it and make the most of it. I also ensure our clients and their customers are happy with our services and make sure to do the right thing, especially when no one is looking.

Apart from looking after my clients’ needs, the most satisfying moment in this business for me is having the privilege of being a leader to men and women who believe in themselves. At the same time, getting to watch them grow is a very proud moment for me in this business.

I look at this business like it’s a lifestyle, so I’m continually doing what I can to shape a better future and a better me. To achieve this, I need to maintain my mind and body. As a result, I regularly exercise, read books, and hang out with my loved ones.
